Your plant is covered for six months beginning on its delivery date.
Validate within seven days
Within seven days of delivery, email us with your order number and a clear photo of your plant planted in the ground. The photo must show both the plant and its planting location to validate the warranty.
Approved refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
